What are your processing and shipping times?

On average, it takes about 7-10 business days for orders to be processed before they are shipped out.  Please note business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends.  Any changes to the processing time will be stated in the announcement bar at the top of the page.  Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. 

When checking out, there may be a shipping speed displayed under the shipping method.  Please note this is the estimated arrival after your order is processed and shipped.

All orders are mailed through USPS and generally take 1-5 days to arrive.  Delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee.

We try our hardest to get your orders out as soon as possible, so thank you for being patient!

If your order consists of stickers or decals only, they will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. No tracking number is provided for this. If you would like tracking for your sticker order, you can upgrade your shipping to First Class Package.

 

What happens if I haven't received my package?

Once we ship out your order, we are no longer in control of the package. 

If your tracking number states your package was delivered but you haven't received it yet, please allow a few days to pass as the USPS system sometimes doesn't update correctly.

If you still have not received your package, please contact your local USPS office and request their help to locate your missing package.  

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  

 

I accidentally put the wrong shipping address.  Can I change it?

If you put the wrong address, please email us ASAP within 24 hours at hello@madebyaprillynn.com and provide the updated address.  It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the address is correct. 

If a package is returned back to sender due to an invalid address, we are happy to reship the items, but you are responsible for paying the reshipping cost to the correct address. 

 

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.  If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@madebyaprillynn.com and we will try our best to help you!

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the US and to Canada.  We hope to expand to international soon!

 

Do you do custom stickers or other custom products?

We currently do not offer any custom designs.  Thank you for your interest and for understanding!
